What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
It is a well known fact that dogs may experience gastric upset if their usual diet is suddenly switched. Therefore we recommend that owners provide their pets with an ample supply of their usual foods for the course of their stay. We strictly adhere to the specific feeding instructions you provide.

Feel free to bring your pet’s favorite blanket or toy if you would like, although our guests enjoy sharing our beds, blankets, and toys with their newfound friends.

My dog has food allergies.  How do you make sure he won’t eat another dog’s food or eat something he shouldn’t?
Our house foods and treats are strictly wheat-, corn-, and chicken-free. Each guest’s meal is prepared freshly and warmed to perfection. Your pet will always dine privately under the observation of our staff. We make sure that our guests have a relaxing, satisfying meal each and every time.

My dog is elderly and requires medication several times a day. Do you charge extra fees for dispensing meds?
Absolutely not! We maintain a detailed medication chart specific to each guest that our staff members sign off on each and every time a medication is dispensed. We have lovingly cared for diabetic dogs, epileptic dogs, post-surgical dogs, and dogs with a wide array of special needs. We even welcome wheel-chair bound guests!

What if my dog requires emergency care?
We retain access to a veterinarian who is on call with the Hotel 24/7. Although we will make every attempt to contact you and your dog’s veterinarian first and foremost, we will respond immediately if critical care is required. Prior to your departure, we specifically discuss your desired call to action should such an event occur.

What shots do you require?
Prior to your pet’s first stay, we require a copy of your dog’s vaccination records as provided by your veterinarian to ensure that your pet is current with his immunizations.

We encourage owners to have their pets vaccinated for Bordetella, commonly known as “kennel cough”, but more correctly defined as infectious tracheobronchitis.

How do I go about booking a vacation for my dog?
Our greatest priority is making sure that your dog’s vacation at the Hotel will be a wonderful one. Therefore, we require that you schedule a 15-minute Pet Assessment well before your pet’s stay. We give you a tour of our unique facility and introduce your dog to other guests in order to evaluate his behavior and general temperament. We discuss your pet’s specific needs and answer any questions you may have. We DO NOT accept any animals that exhibit aggressive behavior or appear to be overly distressed in the company of other dogs. We reserve the right to deny future stays in the event that your pet displays inappropriate behavior while vacationing with us.
