“We feel so guilt-free when we leave our dog at the Haute Dog Hotel and take a vacation for ourselves. Our Ginger is a 10 year old Weimaraner with the usual hip problems large, older dogs get when they are older. How wonderful not to have to put her in a kennel with wire mesh crates, but rather in one with ‘rooms’ with tempered glass walls. Beds are extra plush and raised off the floor. There is someone with the animals 24-7! We feel comfortable if an emergency arises any time of the day or night; there is someone there to handle it. We had to leave our dog there for a month and we were very happy when we returned. We are so happy to have the Haute Dog Hotel for Ginger. The owners and attendants are loving and caring, and they treat the animals as if they were their own.”

When a snow storm closed down JFK airport just after Christmas in 2010, we were unable to return to Woodbury and the Haute Dog Hotel as planned. In fact, we were stuck in the airport for three days. Every time I spoke to the staff, they were understanding and reassuring. More often than not, Maddie was sleeping next to them on the couch! Haute Dog is Maddies’s home away from home!”
