Q: WHEN ARE YOU OPENING??
A: We are open!! Best thing to do is register your pup and using the reserve link, or click here! We will then call you and your pup for a “meet and greet”
Q: What makes your dog boarding different from a traditional kennel?
A: At Haute Dog Hotel, we provide spacious, glass-front suites instead of cages or runs. Dog roam free all day! Our facility is designed for comfort, with climate-controlled rooms, TV’s, couches, calming music, and plenty of natural light. We focus on low-stress care, enrichment, and personalized attention—not just containment. Between our indoor area and our outside area, we have almost 4000 ft.² of space!
Q: What is included in an overnight stay?
A: Each overnight stay includes a private suite, daily housekeeping, regular potty breaks, supervised play sessions, and cuddle time with our trained staff. We also provide raised bedding, fresh water, and feeding according to your dog’s routine.
Q: Do the dogs get to play during the day?
A: OF course - all day! We believe play is essential. Dogs enjoy structured indoor and outdoor playgroups tailored to size and temperament. Our inside central playground is a 2000 sq ft roam-free large area and features soft rubber flooring, and stimulating toys for safe, all-day fun. Our outdoor large 2400 sq ft play ground features secure fencing and a beautiful natural setting!
Q: Is someone with the dogs overnight?
A: Absolutely. Our staff is onsite 24/7 to monitor all dogs and ensure their safety and comfort through the night. Plus, our facility is equipped with 15+ cameras and advanced detection systems for total peace of mind.
Q: I have multiple dogs can they stay together??
A: Doggie siblings are welcome to lodge together in our large accommodations.
Q: What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
A: You should bring your dog’s regular food, favorite toy, or blanket to make them feel more at home. We provide bedding, bowls, and filtered water. Please make sure all personal items are labeled.
Q: My dog is elderly and requires medication several times a day. Do you charge extra for dispensing meds?
A: absolutely not! We maintain a detailed medication chart specific to each guest, and our staff signs off on each and every time a medication is given.
Q: Do you take unneutered dogs?
A: I’m sorry, we do not take unneutered dogs.
Q: My dog has anxiety or does not play well with others!
A: I’m sorry, since dogs are mingling all day, we would not be a good fit for either situation!
Q: Do you have grooming services?
A: We are setting up a grooming area, which will be open shortly, BUT unlike many place, your pup will not be in a crate which leads to that doggy smell! - so he/she will not need a bath just to come home! - but stay tuned for more on grooming!
Q: What is pricing for your services?
A: We are currently working on pricing and it will be competitive with facilities of this level. We are investing a great deal to make the most beautiful, secure, and fun environment for your pup where they can roam all day and NOT be in crates! OMG. Approximate pricing at this point is $35 for daycare and $75 for overnight. There will be specific drop off times and pick up times and all this information will be finalized over the coming 30 days including registration information, etc. Please register and we will keep you in the loop in real time! We believe these rates will be sufficient to allow us to service you and your pup to highest standards, but will reassess as we work through everything over the coming months!
Our Overnight charge runs from 8AM to 4PM the following Day. We request that owners please pick up their pets promptly at checkout time or additional fees may be incurred. ($75)
Day-Care is available from 8 AM to 4 PM. ($35)
Plus a Connecticut state tax of 6.35% will be added as required by Connecticut state law. Thank you!

Q: Do you have a cancelation policy
A: YES. Because we save committed slots for daycare and overnight as the demand has been overwhelming, we must institute a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours, unfortunately we will need to charge you so please cancel ahead of time! Thank you.
Q: What is the best way to get a hold of you?
A: For anything timely, please text Jill and she will get back to you right away, otherwise you can call the office line and leave a message, or simply email Jill directly.
